Railay Beach

Went swimming here, the water is very warm, no rocks and real clear. There are no cars here, it can only be reached by boat, this is a big rock climbing destination. No dogs here, we might leave early. the price of the room went up, we are used to paying 9 dollars a nite, but here they charge 95 , but we have air cond for the first time and a huge swimming pool, plus real sheets on the bed and lizards in the room!!! The pic is of the bungalows we are staying in. There is snorkeling here and a lot of other water activities we are looking at, might just lay on the beach and have some rum and cokes!!

Railay on the Indian Ocean

We took a 3 hour bus ride , the a ferry to this remote town on the south west coast of Thailand. It has beautiful white sand beaches it an area that was hit hard by the tsunami, but everything has been rebuilt and its very nice, we are staying here for at least 2 nites. Then we head to another island for a few days, then make the trip back toward Bangkok,where we will wind up the trip
