Today we moved again, down the beach 5 miles, the thatch bungalow was great, until nite time. Frogs chirping , neighbors getting home from bar, etc so we didn't sleep that well!! We are like gypsies moving every day!!! lol
Yesterday we rented a scooter and rode all over the place, they rent for 7 dollars for 24 hours. it seemed nice to have our own ride, even if it was a Honda.
We rode the scooter to Tham Maikaeo, it a large cave, first you walk an almost a hour uphill up the mountain, to the cave. the rooms inside are huge!! the brochure says "rooms as large as a cathedral"!
The one picture shows getting gas for the scooter, you stop on the side of the road and the guy pours a bottle of it into the tank. The other picture show from scooter cruising down the road.
Tomorrow is April fools day, and we have a flight booked from Krabi, north to Bangkok on Air Asia!! We are staying in Bangkok for two final nights the back to good ole Tawas. We are both planing on getting custom tailor made suits in Bangkok, if the timing is right.
Today we are just going to the beach and riding the scooter around the island

Today we walked the beach, laid in the hot Thailand sun, rode the scooter, and went to some little shops. Tonite we are sitting in this Internet cafe, Jason is sitting with a couple young Muslims girls and he is showing them pictures on his laptop of Tawas, they are quite entertained!! We really like the Thai food too!!! Hardy any police here, unlike Tawas, we have seen only about 10 police officers in a month, and there is no crime here. Not many people smoke cigarettes here either, and they are cheap. The warning on the packages are of intensive care hospital scenes and yellow teeth!! We were getting ready for our flight to Bangkok,tomorrow and we discovered Jason passport missing, we dug thru everything, emptied our backpacks twice. Then, all of the sudden, he remembered putting under the bed in the hotel in Railay four days earlier. We contacted the hotel there, and they had it!!! what luck!!! The sunsets here are very nice, great views of the island to the west including Koh Phi Phi
